Terms and Conditions

For initial orders, a completed and signed Holiday PRO Credit Application and resale certificate forms must be submitted to the Credit Department before the order will be processed.

Minimum order is $500.00. All credit card orders will require a credit card number to be given at the time the order is placed. If a credit card cannot be supplied, please select the “Purchase Order” payment option, your shopping cart items and information will be sent to our customer service department for review/processing. Return Policy

All returns require a return authorization number. Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted by Holiday PRO. All requests for returns must be made within 3 days after receiving your shipment by contacting customer service at 1-888-PRO-9699.

Returned product must be in the original and complete case pack quantity. The carton cannot be written on or damaged; it must be in re-shippable and sellable condition. Credit will not be issued for product returned to Holiday PRO that has been retail priced.

A 25% re-stocking charge will be applied for unauthorized returns, any prepackaging required, returned merchandise due to over-stock, or customer ordering error. Additionally, freight transit and charges are the customer’s responsibility for these examples.


Claims for Product and Freight Carriers

All merchandise is carefully inspected before packing into cartons and being shipped from our Distribution Center. Claims for missing cartons and visible damage must be made within 3 days of receipt of the shipment. Freight claims for shipments sent Prepaid will be processed by The Customer Service Department at Holiday PRO when advised by the Customer. Freight claims for shipments sent collect or FOB from our Distribution Center will need to be processed by the Customer. Failure to report shortage or damage claims within the 3 day period may result in a refusal of the claim by the Carrier and a subsequent loss to the Customer. Counting, inspecting and signing for the number and condition of the cartons received on the Carrier Delivery Receipt is required by Holiday PRO before accepting a shortage or damage claim, and request for credit. Damaged product must be kept available for inspection and or pick up by Holiday PRO. It cannot be disposed of unless approved by Holiday PRO. Note that should a customer choose not to open pallet(s), count and inspect boxes and sign for the actual number and condition of cartons delivered, they are waiving their right to a shortage and/or damage claim with the Freight Carrier as well as with Holiday PRO.


Cancellation Policy

Holiday PRO will not accept cancellation requests for Custom Orders or other Direct from Manufacturer shipped orders.

Approval of order cancellation under our custom and/or direct import program is at the sole discretion of Holiday PRO. In the event Holiday PRO consents to cancel or modify a custom/direct import order, it shall be entitled to charge for product completed and material ordered or used until the time of giving its consent to such cancellation. All cancellation requests under the custom and direct import program must be submitted in writing to the custom and direct import department.

Order cancellations for stock product must be made to the Holiday PRO Customer Service Department at 1-888-PRO-9699, a minimum of 35 days prior to the requested ship date of the order. For all requests made for order cancellation less than the 35 days prior to shipment guideline (and if the order is not already in final shipment process), Holiday PRO reserves the right to authorize the cancellation, and to assess a 25% restocking fee.


WARRANTY

Foliage fading is not covered under warranty as foliage may change color depending on the exposure level to UV rays.

All Topiary, Foliage, Specialty Trees and Novelty Items are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 30 Days from date of purchase. This 30 day warranty also covers lights.

Should any structural parts of the Christmas Trees, Topiary, Foliage, or Specialty Trees (excluding lights) be found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, Holiday Pro will, at Holiday Pro’s preference and with proper proof of purchase, repair or replace the defective part(s). This warranty is limited to parts and labor to repair only, and does not include any other costs incurred by the owner. This warranty only covers such part(s) as determined to be defective and does not imply the replacement of the entire tree, topiary, or foliage. Fading and /or discoloration of foliage is not covered under warranty. If, during the warranty period any part is not available for replacement for any reason, Holiday Pro, at Holiday Pro’s discretion, may give the owner the option of purchasing a new tree, topiary, or foliage of similar style and height on a prorate basis as determined by customer service based on the age and condition of the unrepairable tree. Holiday Pro reserves the right to provide specific tree, topiary, or foliage selections for purchase under this option. All handling and shipping charges associated with a tree return under warranty will be the responsibility of the owner. This warranty is void if any part(s) or whole tree, topiary, foliage or lights are damaged due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, weather, or if any identifying labels are removed (UL Tag and White Manufacturers Date Tag). The potentially defective product must be kept available for pick up and or inspection by Holiday Pro. In no event shall Holiday Pro be liable for incidental, consequential, special or indirect damages, including with out limitation, property damage, personal injury or lost business sales and/or profits, resulting from any defects in the trees, topiary, foliage, or lights.


WARRANTY AUTHORIZATION

Retail & Commercial Customers only (purchasing directly from Holiday Pro contact Holiday Pro, Customer Service Dept., 22-11 38th Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101, 888-PRO-9699 for warranty information and authorization.

Holiday Pro will issue a Carrier pick up of defective product at our discretion. If the product is discovered not to be defective, reimbursement of all repair parts, labor and transportation is due Holiday Pro before the product will be returned.

At Holiday Pro’s discretion a merchandise credit off future purchases may be issued in lieu of repair, replacement, or substitution of product to those customers who purchased the product directly from Holiday Pro.

Consumers and other users must communicate directly with the Point Of Purchase location from which the sale was made and retain repair or replacement authorization from the retailer or distributor, with proper proof of purchase. Warranty is governed by same Holiday Pro warranty guidelines, options and discretion.
